Booking Terms
Standard Booking Policy
Standard walks are booked for a specific date and time.
Because this slot is reserved for your dog, changes and cancellations are handled as follows:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the walk fee applies
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: the full walk fee applies
- Rearrangements are treated as cancellations and new bookings
This helps protect reserved diary time, especially when the slot cannot be offered to another client at short notice.
